Sheet metal rolling machines are essential equipment in every tank manufacturing plant. We have three rolling machines with a combined capacity to roll sheets with a thickness ranging from 1 mm to 20 mm. The thick sheet metal rolling machine can roll sheets up to 4 meters in length and is equipped with CNC control for process repeatability.

In 2017, we purchased a line for assembling
and welding tanks from the renowned Finnish manufacturer PEMA MEK. It enables precise assembly and welding of tanks with diameters ranging from 1500 mm to 4500 mm, sheet thicknesses from 2 mm to 25 mm (total load capacity of the device rollers up to 25,000 kg) and a maximum length of up to 20 meters. The device enables welding using plasma (15) and submerged arc (121) technology.

In 2017, we purchased a precision longitudinal welding machine from Slovenian manufacturer AVP. The machine is equipped with a FRONIUS power source enabling welding using TIG (141) and plasma (15) technology. The maximum length of the welded element is 4 meters.

Our machine park has been enriched with a technologically advanced circumferential welding machine from the renowned Czech company HST Creative. This machine has been designed for high-performance circumferential and longitudinal welding, allowing for precise joining of cylindrical elements. Thanks to the automation of welding processes, the device ensures repeatability and high quality of welds, meeting strict industry standards. Integration with rotary positioning systems enables efficient welding even under heavy loads, making it an ideal solution for mass production.

Our plant is also equipped with a plasma cutter with a 280 A KJELBERG power source, enabling cutting of sheet metal up to 40 mm thick in the case of acid-resistant steel, with a table measuring 2500 mm x 6000 mm for preparing large details.

Our plant is equipped with a modern grinding and polishing system for tanks and bottoms manufactured by the Spanish company Autopulit. Thanks to this device, we are able to grind and polish the tank shell and bottoms to any finish standard required by the customer, including pharmaceutical standards, in a very short time. We can polish the outside and inside of tanks. The maximum dimensions of the tanks we handle are compatible with the PEMA assembly and welding line.

At our plant, we bend components using a SafanDarley E-Brake press brake, which guarantees the highest quality and repeatability of details, especially when processing stainless steel. Thanks to full control over the process parameters and precise material guidance, we are able to achieve perfectly even angles and smooth surfaces, without microcracks or deformations typical of traditional bending methods. The device allows for the processing of both thin-walled and thicker sheets, maintaining high accuracy even with complex shapes. The quality of the edges obtained meets the strict requirements of standards applicable in the food, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries.

Our production capabilities have been expanded to include a circumferential seam crimping machine, which plays a key role in the process of finishing seams on cylindrical elements. This device enables precise crimping of seams, resulting in a smooth and uniform surface that meets high aesthetic and hygienic standards. This process eliminates unevenness and excess material at the weld site, which is particularly important in the food, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries, where ease of cleaning and the absence of places where contaminants can accumulate are required.
